At 8 in the morning we will pick you up at your hotel and we will put toward Merzouga, crossing the Middle Atlas and its cedar forests. This mountain range extends 350 kilometers southwest to northeast Morocco.
On the way we pass by peoples as Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland Moroccan” by the architecture of their homes and for being one of the most exclusive ski destinations in the country, and Azrou, one of the cities most famous berbers of Morocco.
We cross the valley of Ziz and the Gorges of Ziz and pass by peoples as Midelt or Erfoud. From Erfoud we will take a road desert until you reach Merzouga.
In the evening we will take a few camels to reach the camp, where after a traditional dinner we will spend the night in the middle of the dunes.
The second day start enjoying sunrise in the desert, an unforgettable event. After the sunrise we will take again the camels to return to civilization, where we will have breakfast and we will be able to shower in a hotel.
Back to Fez pass by Tafilalt, Rissani (origin of the Alawite dynasty and the former capital of the sultans alauís), Azrou and Ifrane. In this area we will stop in the forest of the monkeys, we will arrive to Fez at dusk.
